We are seeking a skilled Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join a new restaurant in Bahrain. This role requires expertise in crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, with a passion for quality and traditional techniques. The position also includes responsibilities related to fast food sandwich preparation and general kitchen duties as a Commi 1 chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional methods
• Develop and execute new sandwich recipes with creativity and precision
• Assist in kitchen operations as a Commi 1 chef, including food preparation and plating
• Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest quality and consistency standards
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety protocols
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in preparing Italian and international cuisine
• Strong knowledge of marination techniques, grilling, and slicing
• Excellent time management and ability to work calmly during busy periods
