Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage all kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring quality control. Developing innovative menus and presenting dishes attractively will be essential, alongside managing food costing and stock control. The ability to work effectively under pressure while leading and motivating the kitchen team is crucial to this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience working with international cuisine
• Strong expertise in Italian, Mexican, healthy meals, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, salads, sauces, and breakfast dishes
• Proficient in food costing, preparation techniques, hygiene practices, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
