We are launching a new coffee shop and concept store located in the heart of Manama Souq and are seeking a skilled Barista to become part of our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior barista experience who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

The barista will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee beverages and café items. Beyond preparing drinks, you will also support the concept store by organizing shelves, restocking products, and ensuring the store’s presentation remains inviting and orderly. Customer service is a vital part of the role; assisting visitors with retail purchases, maintaining product displays, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere are essential daily tasks. Working within a small team, you’ll contribute actively to smooth day-to-day operations and help create a friendly space for all guests.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous barista experience is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for coffee and café culture.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a tidy, attractive store environment.
• Good team collaboration and communication skills.
