These roles require individuals with prior experience in specialty coffee preparation and customer service within the food and beverage industry. Candidates should be motivated, friendly, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Female Barista: Prepare high-quality espresso beverages, demonstrate latte art skills, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Female Waitress: Provide attentive and courteous service to customers in a restaurant or coffee shop setting, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional and presentable demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in specialty coffee preparation for the Barista role.
• Strong espresso making and latte art abilities for the Barista position.
• Previous work experience in Bahrain’s food service or coffee shop industry for the Waitress role.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Currently residing in Bahrain.
• Availability to start immediately or within 30 days.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
