We are seeking a skilled Shawarma Chef to join our catering team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on experience in preparing and cooking authentic shawarma, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality and flavor.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly marinate shawarma meat using traditional and tested recipes.
• Prepare skewers and arrange meat for optimal cooking and presentation.
• Skillfully cut and handle shawarma slices to maintain consistency and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience specifically with shawarma preparation.
• Strong knowledge of marinades, spice mixes, and traditional cooking techniques.
• Ability to work quickly while keeping the cooking area clean and organized.
• Attention to detail in maintaining consistent flavor and presentation.
