Job Overview

We are a rapidly expanding bakery in Bahrain seeking a highly skilled Cake Chef with a strong background in creating premium cakes and desserts. This role involves not only hands-on production but also supervising a team of pastry assistants to maintain exceptional standards in every baked good.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, including preparing and baking a diverse range of high-quality cakes. You will develop innovative flavors and seasonal recipes, ensuring each product reflects consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Leading and guiding your team during production, maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards, and expertly working with Belgian chocolate to craft premium creations are essential tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in producing a wide variety of premium cakes.
• Extensive knowledge of flavors such as Tiramisu, Truffle, Saffron, Cheesecake, and other upscale delicacies.
• Ability to innovate and develop new cake recipes and flavor combinations.
• Skilled in baking cakes of various sizes, delivering consistent quality.
• Hands-on experience with Belgian chocolate, including usage in decorative elements.
• Strong leadership capabilities to supervise and motivate pastry assistants.
• Excellent attention to detail regarding quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Efficient management of daily operations and workflow organization.

Work Location

This position is based in Al Busayteen, Bahrain, providing a dynamic setting for an ambitious Cake Chef.

This vacancy is specifically for experienced Cake Chefs. Applications from pastry assistants, commis chefs, or entry-level candidates will not be considered.
