Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Helper or Crew Member with at least 3 years of experience specializing in burger and pasta preparation. This role requires dedication to maintaining high food quality and supporting daily kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high food quality and taste according to established standards.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO principles, manage inventory, and support order planning.
• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor with staff scheduling and oversee kitchen cleaning routines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and in line with company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments on daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the outlet during busy hours and adapt to flexible working hours as needed.
• Work closely with supervisors to identify kitchen requirements and contribute to order accuracy.
• Participate in cost control measures to minimize food wastage and ensure production efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP guidelines and uphold onboard sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding recipes and company standards at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a kitchen environment with a focus on burger and pasta dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices including HACCP compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and management.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including peak hours.
