Key Responsibilities

As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for developing unique and inventive coffee drinks to enhance our menu. You will ensure every cup meets our strict standards of quality and taste consistency. Managing inventory and maintaining the freshness of coffee beans and milk supplies will be essential duties. Additionally, you will train and guide junior baristas to uphold excellent customer service and operational standards. Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation of the coffee station and equipment is critical to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior or head barista within a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong creative skills in beverage innovation and menu development.
• Advanced proficiency in espresso machine calibration and manual brewing techniques.
• Exceptional latte art skills to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of junior baristas effectively.
