A prominent hospitality group based in Manama is seeking a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead daily operations across multiple venues. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing service standards, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial insight and a proven ability to manage restaurant and outlet operations within the GCC hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role.
• Strong background working in hotels or upscale casual dining venues within the GCC region.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Sound financial and operational acumen to drive business results.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
