Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and presenting cold kitchen dishes and continental cuisine to high standards. Key tasks include:

• Preparing salads, appetizers, and other cold dishes with fresh ingredients
• Cooking and plating continental meals according to menu specifications
• Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained in the kitchen
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to manage food quality and timing
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper storage of ingredients

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Valid Residency or Flexi Visa in Bahrain; preferably with a valid CR Visa accompanied by an available NOC
• Previous experience working in cold kitchen or continental cooking roles
• Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively within the team
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
