We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook with expertise in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing Indian and Continental dishes alongside authentic Chinese cuisine, focusing on creativity, presentation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of Indian, Continental, and Chinese dishes that meet high quality and presentation standards. You will play an active role in menu design, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary concepts. Maintaining consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation is essential. Additionally, overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, controlling food costs, and ensuring hygiene and safety compliance will be part of your duties. Providing training and supervision to kitchen staff to uphold excellence in food preparation is also required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisine within a fine dining setting
• Strong knowledge of modern plating techniques and food presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Good organizational skills to manage kitchen operations and inventory control
• Leadership abilities to train and supervise kitchen personnel
