Join our team as a full-time Cafeteria Cook and Kitchen Helper based in Al Hajiyaat Riffa. We are searching for a dedicated and skilled cook with proven expertise in preparing traditional snacks such as chapatis and samosas. This role involves managing daily kitchen operations to deliver fresh, high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh chapatis, samosas, and other local snack items on a daily basis to meet quality expectations.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and cleanliness throughout meal preparation.
• Assist in kitchen prep duties, organize food assembly, and uphold a clean and safe working environment.
• Support cafeteria counter service and respond promptly to customer needs and requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a cafeteria, restaurant, or snack bar setting with a focus on chapati making and samosa preparation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
