Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers following the company’s established recipes and quality guidelines.

• Maintain stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout food preparation and service.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support smooth daily operations in a busy food service setting.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols to guarantee a safe dining experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Burger Chef or in burger preparation within a similar food service environment.
• Solid understanding of grilling techniques and burger assembly.
• Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and hygiene best practices.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering quality food promptly.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
