Key Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee beverages using espresso machines, ensuring each cup meets high standards of taste and presentation. You will also engage with customers, assisting them with menu selections while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Collaborating closely with team members to streamline service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be vital to your success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in coffee preparation, including operating espresso machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to create a positive experience for patrons.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
