We are seeking a dedicated and skilled barista to join our specialty coffee shop and bakery team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for crafting high-quality coffee drinks and a strong background in specialty coffee preparation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional coffee and beverages that meet our quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, along with delivering outstanding customer service. You will also assist with daily cafe operations as needed, contributing to a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working as a barista, with preference for specialty coffee expertise
• Proficient knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and optimizing drink consistency through effective dialing in
• Strong focus on maintaining consistent, high-quality beverages
• A friendly and professional demeanor that enhances the customer experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
