Key Responsibilities

The Sous Chef will assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality meets the restaurant’s high standards. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen staff, supporting the head chef, maintaining ingredient and equipment organization, and helping to create flavorful, traditional dishes that reflect authentic culinary techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in restaurant and hospitality settings, particularly with Palestinian and Jordanian recipes
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate kitchen teams
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• A commitment to upholding high food quality and hygiene standards
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred to enhance communication within the team
