Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated female Cashier and Barista to join our vibrant team in Bahrain. This role calls for a professional who can efficiently manage cashier duties while creating excellent coffee-based beverages, delivering a welcoming experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently process daily cashier transactions using POS systems, including handling payments and upselling menu items.
• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks such as espresso, latte, and cappuccino to meet customer expectations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a friendly and inviting environment for patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area to uphold quality and safety.

Required Skills and Experience

• Female candidate currently residing in Bahrain is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working as a cashier and/or barista in a similar setting.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Proficient in operating cashier systems and handling payments accurately.
• Knowledgeable in coffee making techniques and beverage preparation.
• Possess a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
• Availability to join within one month of hiring.
