Urgently required Business Development Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.

Knowledge/Education
BSc in Business Administration/ Knowledge of Basic Office Management.

Experience
Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
– Establish and maintain business relationships with clients through various channels (email, social media, phone).
– Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
– Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential clients.
– Manage and update client database with accurate information.
– Provide excellent customer service and support.
Business Development Support
– Assist Business Development Manager in building and maintaining client relationships.
– Prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
– Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.
– Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
– Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and results.
– Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Sales and Contract Support
– Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements
– Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
