Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your primary tasks will include:

• Identifying and generating new sales leads and converting them into loyal customers.
• Promoting our range of company services and packages effectively.
• Engaging with potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
• Handling customer inquiries promptly and following up with prospective clients to drive sales.
• Establishing and maintaining robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Developing business-to-business (B2B) partnerships and exploring corporate sales opportunities.
• Meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring accurate maintenance of sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within Bahrain’s market.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to influence clients effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and follow up on leads efficiently.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet set goals.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s business environment is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.
