Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within Bahrain’s corporate sectors. This full-time role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales and relationship management, particularly with clients in banking, telecommunications, IT, higher education, and government organizations across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding business opportunities by targeting key corporate sectors. Main duties include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies focused on banks, telecom companies, IT firms, universities, and government entities
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Monitoring market trends to identify potential growth areas and service expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements
  • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and performance updates to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within Bahrain’s market is essential. Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships are critical for success in this role. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
