We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious Indian restaurant located in the vibrant Adliya district of Bahrain. This role calls for a hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional service and authentic Indian cuisine in a refined setting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all daily operations both front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure smooth and efficient service. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team of hospitality staff to uphold the highest service standards. Engaging directly with guests to ensure an outstanding dining experience and managing customer feedback with professionalism are integral to the role.

Financial oversight is also essential—managing inventory, budgets, and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue while controlling costs. Moreover, the manager will ensure full compliance with Bahrain’s health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing Indian fine dining or busy casual dining establishments, preferably within Bahrain’s Adliya area. Strong leadership skills, fluent English communication, and proficiency with POS systems are essential. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the fast-paced environment of service rather than working solely from an office.
