Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for Indian flavors and a knack for high-end service? We are a premier Indian dining destination located in the heart of Adliya, and we are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team to maintain high standards of hospitality.
Customer Experience: Engage with guests to ensure total satisfaction and handle feedback with grace and professionalism.
Financial Management: Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and implement strategies to drive revenue and control costs.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations in Bahrain.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in restaurant management, specifically within Indian fine dining or high-volume casual dining.
Local Knowledge: Prior experience working in the Bahrain market (specifically Adliya) is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus), and proficiency in POS systems.
Attributes: A “floor-manager” mindset—someone who thrives in the heat of service, not just behind a desk.
