Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of our Quick Service Restaurant located inside the American Camp in Djibouti. This full-time role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, training programs, enforcing food safety standards, managing inventory and cost controls, and driving the team towards achieving performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male candidate preferred, with a college degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management within fast food or quick service settings
• Proven leadership abilities with strong decision-making and people management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, inventory monitoring, and expense management
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
• Capability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and good moral character
