Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Recruitment Manager currently based in Bahrain to oversee comprehensive recruitment efforts. This role requires immediate availability to manage hiring processes that comply with Bahrain labor law and relevant regulatory bodies including LMRA and MOL.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for both local and international hires. Key duties include developing recruitment strategies tailored to business requirements and ensuring strict adherence to Bahrain’s labor regulations. The role involves coordinating visa applications, work permits, employee transfers, and assembling contract documentation. Collaboration with government agencies and external recruitment firms is essential, alongside conducting candidate screening, interviews, and final selection. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will maintain detailed hiring reports, manage recruitment metrics, and assist with new employee onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter within Bahrain, demonstrating deep familiarity with Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment regulations. Practical expertise working with LMRA, NPRA, and MOL systems is a must. Strong capabilities in interviewing, negotiation, and managing various stakeholders effectively are critical. Candidates should be able to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Human Resources or a related business field is advantageous. Experience in recruiting across diverse industries and familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems will be regarded favorably.
