Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our energetic team in Bahrain. This role involves designing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions tailored to meet our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo versions 12 and above and a strong background in software development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and customizing Odoo modules and applications based on specific business requirements.
• Integrating Odoo ERP with various third-party applications and external services.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues affecting Odoo functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborating with business analysts to accurately gather and analyze user needs.
• Conducting comprehensive testing and debugging to maintain high system performance.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing Odoo systems, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices.
• Creating technical documentation and providing end-user support when required.
• Keeping abreast of the latest Odoo features, tools, and updates to recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience as an Odoo Developer, preferably working with versions 12 and newer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of the Odoo framework and its architectural components.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as , CSS, and Bootstrap is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within teams.
