Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Male Operations Officer to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all company operations, coordinating efforts between different departments, and maintaining clear communication to optimize performance. This role includes preparing regular operational reports for management review and monitoring employee performance to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Additionally, the officer will manage human resources tasks, liaise with suppliers, contractors, technicians, and laborers, and follow through on various operational projects from initiation to completion. Maintenance oversight is a vital part of this position, requiring the identification of issues, contractor selection, supervision, and successful project finalization.

Training new and current employees on company procedures and operational requirements, developing training materials, guidelines, and instructional content also fall under the responsibilities of the Operations Officer. Administrative duties such as correspondence, documentation, filing, archiving, and record management will be handled by this role as well.

The candidate will also manage the company’s social media accounts, create basic promotional materials and designs, and identify operational problems to implement effective solutions. Monitoring business needs and ensuring tasks align with company objectives is key to success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, administration, or similar fields.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and internet research.
• A valid driving license is preferred, along with owning a personal vehicle.

Additional Requirements

The position is open to Bahraini and non-Bahraini candidates across various visa statuses, including local transfer, flexi visa, freelance, and family visa holders. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
