Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Garage Foreman or Manager to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive repair, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relations within the local market.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily garage and workshop operations, managing technicians, and ensuring seamless workflow. You will also focus on growing the business by building lasting customer relationships, driving revenue increases, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Clear and confident communication with clients and team members is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum eight years of experience in the Bahrain automotive repair industry.
• Deep understanding of the Bahrain automotive market and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership and management skills managing workshop staff and daily activities.
• Excellent sales capabilities combined with top-notch customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop business, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications

Former mechanics or garage workers with demonstrated leadership and sales experience are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates who are well-spoken, professional, and confident when interacting with customers will have an advantage. While Indian candidates are preferred, all qualified applicants will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges between BD 250 and 300, negotiable based on experience and expertise. Labour accommodation will be provided along with opportunities for career advancement and performance-based incentives.
