Job Overview

A reputable group company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary and Social Media Specialist to support the Managing Director. This full-time position requires a proactive professional who can efficiently manage executive administrative tasks while also overseeing the company’s Instagram presence and digital content using tools like Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing office systems in line with company policies, managing the Managing Director’s electronic diary by prioritizing and rescheduling appointments as necessary, and handling incoming correspondence appropriately. You will be expected to maintain thorough data management and filing systems and screen calls and inquiries effectively.

Additional duties include assisting with research and follow-up on the Director’s projects, ensuring timely responses and action triggers, welcoming visitors from various seniority levels, and performing other tasks as required by the Director. Expertise in managing an Instagram page and proficiency with Photoshop and related design software are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive secretary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for handling correspondence and greeting visitors.
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly Instagram.
  • Skilled in Photoshop and related graphic design programs.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to follow up on outstanding tasks and requests.
