We are urgently seeking an experienced Estimation and Tendering Specialist to join our operations and contracts team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Business Administration or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Between 7 to 10 years of proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management within facilities management.
- Strong abilities in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis related to facility operations.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial contract management skills.
- Proficiency in managing vendors and building effective stakeholder partnerships.
- Valid driving license to facilitate site visits and vendor meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
