Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Estimation and Tendering Specialist to join our operations and contracts team in Bahrain. This role is focused on facilities management and requires a seasoned professional who can manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in budgeting and cost control within a corporate or multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will play a critical role in managing contracts and tenders with precision and strategic insight. Key duties include:

• Leading the tendering process to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure favorable agreements for the company.
• Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Developing and controlling budgets related to facility management operations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Business Administration or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Between 7 to 10 years of proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management within facilities management.
• Strong abilities in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis related to facility operations.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial contract management skills.
• Proficiency in managing vendors and building effective stakeholder partnerships.
• Valid driving license to facilitate site visits and vendor meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from BD 650 to BD 800 per month, complemented by a company-provided car. This package reflects the importance of the role within the organization and the level of expertise required.
