Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager based in Bahrain, ready to join immediately. This crucial role involves designing, managing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and relevant local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for developing competitive pay and benefits structures that attract and retain talent. This includes overseeing payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and administration of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, gratuity, and allowances. You will conduct detailed market salary surveys, analyze internal pay equity, and support annual salary reviews, bonus allocations, and incentive plans.

Other duties include preparing compensation reports, performing cost analyses, and maintaining management dashboards. The role also requires close collaboration with finance, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration. Additionally, the manager will advise leadership on compensation policies and any changes in regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates must have proven experience working as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar position within Bahrain. A solid understanding of Bahrain Labor Law, along with familiarity with LMRA, SIO, and Ministry of Labour regulations, is essential. Practical knowledge of SIO registrations, payroll processing, and benefit schemes is required.

Strong analytical skills, precise reporting abilities, and attention to detail are crucial for accurate data interpretation and compliance. Proficiency in HR management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will support your daily responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Possessing certifications in Compensation & Benefits, HR, or payroll management will be an advantage. Experience working across different industries or managing large employee populations is also valued.
