Job Overview

We are growing our sales team to support luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our premium interior design and furniture company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth within the high-end interiors and bespoke furniture market across Bahrain and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients, firms, and key stakeholders throughout Bahrain and the GCC.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers to foster strategic partnerships.
• Present tailored interior design solutions, furniture packages, and custom furnishings aligned with client requirements and budgets.
• Manage the entire sales process including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, contract finalization, and post-sale follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are effectively translated into deliverables.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, site visits, and participation in networking events.
• Stay informed on market trends within the interiors and furniture industry and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within interior design, furniture, fit-out, or related B2B sectors.
• Established network within Bahrain’s real estate and hospitality industries is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of closing sizable deals and managing complex negotiations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets.
