We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support our retail team in Bahrain. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Store Manager in daily store operations while leading a dynamic sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and excellent communication skills in a professional retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Sales Manager, your core duties will include overseeing daily store activities and assisting the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations. You will motivate and guide the sales team, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high store standards. Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and addressing customer concerns professionally are also critical aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supporting staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred, with a special preference for Filipina applicants
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proven leadership abilities with effective team management skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
