Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Signage Designer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the creative and technical aspects of signage design, capable of producing precise, machine-ready files and overseeing their accurate production. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with production teams and contribute to innovative signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Signage Designer, your primary duties will include:

• Creating detailed 2D signage artwork using Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Preparing cutting files tailored for laser, CNC, and plotting machinery.
• Monitoring machine output to ensure it meets design specifications with high accuracy.
• Collaborating with production staff to guarantee the manufacturability of all designs.
• Reviewing, correcting, and standardizing client artwork and branding assets to maintain quality.
• Generating shop drawings, specifying materials, and developing technical documentation to support production.
• Assisting with prototyping and research to enhance new signage systems.
• Maintaining organized archives for all design projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other design-related software.
• Knowledge of common signage materials such as acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, and PVC.
• Basic understanding of laser and CNC machinery, including production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience within the signage industry is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This role involves close coordination with the production floor, demanding a hands-on approach to ensure design accuracy through to final output. The designer will be an integral part of a creative and technical team focused on delivering quality signage solutions.
