Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in MEP coordination to join our team in Bahrain. This position is ideal for professionals with over five years of experience managing fit-out projects, particularly those involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination of MEP activities within fit-out projects. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to meet project objectives, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and guaranteeing compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience with a focus on MEP coordination for fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration in construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Additional Information

Applicants should be male candidates aged between 35 and 50 years. This is a local transfer opportunity within Bahrain. Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams will be advantageous.
