Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Photographer to capture compelling visual content throughout different phases of our construction projects. Your photographs will highlight structural progress, interior design excellence, and the dedicated efforts of our onsite teams. These images will enhance our website, social media channels, marketing campaigns, and award submissions.

Key Responsibilities

As the photographer, you will be tasked with documenting significant construction milestones, showcasing architectural and interior design details, and capturing the spirit of our workforce in action. This includes frequent visits to active construction sites and completed projects across Bahrain.

• Recording key structural and engineering developments during construction phases.
• Producing high-quality, well-composed photographs of finished interiors and exteriors, focusing on lighting, angles, and materials.
• Photographing project managers, site teams, and craftsmen to tell the human side of our projects.
• Utilizing drone technology to capture aerial shots of large-scale sites and roofing projects, when applicable.
• Performing post-production editing to deliver polished, high-resolution images with accurate color correction and perspective adjustments.
• Ensuring complete compliance with all on-site safety regulations, including mandatory use of PPE.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in architectural, interior, or industrial photography with a strong portfolio.
• Possession of professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, including wide-angle lenses and tripods.
• Valid drone pilot license and drone equipment for aerial photography, subject to local guidelines.
• Expertise in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dusty construction environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Keen eye for symmetry, architectural lighting, and lines to produce visually striking images.

Project Details

This role is freelance, project-based, and on-call, requiring travel to various sites including Manama, Muharraq, Zallaq, and Riffa. Deliverables include 20 to 30 carefully edited high-resolution images per site, along with all RAW photo and video files for archiving purposes. A turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days post-shoot is expected. The company will retain full commercial rights for all imagery for web, social media, and print use.
