We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join a prestigious women’s clothing brand based in Riffa, Bahrain. This role specifically focuses on creating stylish and sophisticated designs for women’s wear, including Abayas, Jalabiyas, evening wear, and ready-to-wear collections. Ideal candidates will bring a strong creative vision coupled with technical expertise to contribute to the brand’s luxury image.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing original and inspired garment designs that resonate with the brand’s identity. This includes preparing detailed technical sketches and comprehensive tech packs to guide production. Additionally, the role involves managing the sampling process by collaborating closely with tailors and pattern makers to ensure the highest quality standards. Selecting appropriate fabrics and embellishments such as beading and embroidery will also be a critical part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in fashion design, preferably within the GCC region.
• A strong design portfolio that demonstrates creativity and proficiency in technical garment construction.
• In-depth knowledge of garment craftsmanship and luxury finishing techniques.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office and Windows operating systems.

Candidate Requirements

This position is open to candidates of Filipino nationality, both male and female. The applicant must be able to work well within a team and display professionalism appropriate to a high-end fashion brand environment.
