Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural and Interior Design Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools. This role involves crafting precise construction and shop drawings, revising designs as needed, and producing detailed 3D models and basic renderings. Candidates with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple project deadlines will thrive in this position. Experience working on GCC or Bahrain projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Coordinate design revisions and update drawings to reflect changes accurately.
• Create 3D models and produce basic visualizations or renderings to support design presentations.
• Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
• Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the drafting process to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural drafting.
• Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings for construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering techniques.
• Good understanding of architectural and construction documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working on projects within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, especially Bahrain, will be considered an asset.
