Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with a strong background in joinery and fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating precise shop drawings and detailed interior design plans to support manufacturing and installation processes. This position requires proficiency in CAD and an ability to translate rough sketches or PDFs into accurate technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed plans, sections, elevations, and blow-up details specifically tailored for joinery and fit-out work. Duties also include pattern alignment for manufacturing, revising drawings, tracing image patterns, and meeting with clients to take measurements and clearly understand their requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum qualification of Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the joinery or fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of CAD software for converting sketches and PDFs into precise technical drawings
• Ability to produce detailed interior design and shop drawings
• Good communication skills for client interactions and understanding project specifications
• Knowledge of pattern alignment techniques for manufacturing purposes

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be under 35 years of age and ideally located in Bahrain or ready to join immediately upon selection.
