Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you will actively engage with businesses across the Gulf to promote our recruitment and HR solutions. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, pitching services, managing existing accounts, and coordinating closely with the placement team. Effective communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp is essential, along with owning monthly targets and delivering measurable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Female candidate based in Bahrain
- Preference for Indian nationals
- Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for connecting and building trust with others
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable using MS Office, email platforms, and WhatsApp Business
Preferred Experience
