This full-time position offers the chance to promote diverse advertising and marketing solutions across print, digital platforms, social media, and high-profile branded events. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Main duties include:

• Promoting and selling advertising space and comprehensive marketing packages spanning print, digital, social media, and event platforms.
• Identifying prospective clients, initiating contact, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Managing and growing established accounts to build long-term partnerships and maximize revenue.
• Understanding clients’ marketing goals and tailoring media solutions that align with their objectives.
• Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations while handling contract negotiations professionally.
• Coordinating with internal teams such as design, editorial, and digital departments to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Keeping a close watch on market trends and competitors to uncover fresh business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within media, advertising, marketing, or related sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong target orientation and excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to build and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing is a distinct advantage.
• A valid Bahrain driving license is preferred to facilitate client visits and business development.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic language skills will be considered a plus.
