Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional female Sales Executive to join our dynamic team immediately. This role requires a candidate with substantial sales and marketing experience within Bahrain, particularly with a strong understanding of the local market and an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage sales activities focused on the auto car services sector. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via calls and emails, maintaining professional communication, and actively pursuing new client acquisition to meet sales targets. Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is essential for reporting and presentation purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of three years’ experience in sales or marketing within Bahrain.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Bahrain market along with a pre-established client/customer base.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Professional character and ability to maintain a positive business image.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive service industry.
• Competent in handling calls and emails with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A valid driving license is required.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of BD 250 plus commission upon reaching sales targets. The work schedule consists of 11 hours per day, including a one-hour break. Visa sponsorship is provided for the chosen candidate.
