We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join an established e-commerce company in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and deploying comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. Core duties include planning and executing digital promotions via social media, Google advertising, email marketing, and other channels. You will create and manage seasonal offers, discounts, and product launches to maximize customer interest and sales.

Managing social media content alongside designers and content creators plays a key role in this position. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving website and app traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and improving conversion metrics. The role also involves supporting SEO strategies, paid advertising efforts, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing programs.

Tracking campaign performance and providing actionable insights for continual improvement will be essential. Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and buying behavior will help tailor marketing efforts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools to craft impactful campaigns.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily tasks.
• Experience working with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a valuable asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous for the Bahrain and broader GCC market.
