Position Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead LU Media’s digital presence, develop marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
– Manage content calendars and campaign planning
– Oversee all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand voice
– Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content
– Track performance metrics and provide reports with insights
– Collaborate with creative, sales, and production teams
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– 3+ years in marketing or social media management
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
– Graphic design or video editing knowledge
– Paid advertising and performance marketing experience
– Familiarity with SEO and email marketing
