We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role is specifically open to Arab nationals who bring strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and achieving business growth through dedicated sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate with potential clients and close sales deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance digital marketing and lead generation activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales roles.
• Proven ability in sales negotiation and managing client relationships.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and lead generation is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of working independently and achieving targets consistently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
