Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor with solid experience in the hotel industry to oversee multiple sites and lead diverse hotel teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operational management and manpower coordination to enhance service delivery and workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage several hotel locations, supervising staff across departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Stewarding. You will evaluate service quality to identify improvement areas and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high employee morale. Ensuring daily attendance, adherence to grooming standards, and proper duty rosters will be essential at all managed sites.

You will be responsible for compiling monthly attendance data, coordinating manpower recruitment, and filling vacancies efficiently. Collaborating with HR, you will support hiring and development of roles including cleaners, stewards, waiters, commis chefs, and helpers. Additionally, liaising with hotel and industry departments to provide skilled manpower and verifying attendance records with accounts for invoicing purposes will be part of your duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in operations or sales within manpower contracting, preferably in the hotel sector
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management skills
• Valid driving license is mandatory to perform site visits and coordination tasks

Work Environment

This supervisory position involves multi-site management in an active hospitality setting. Strong communication and organizational skills will help in effectively handling daily operational challenges and maintaining service standards across teams.
