We are urgently seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our team in Bahrain. This role is exclusively open to Filipina candidates and offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently to support business operations
  • Handle procurement duties ensuring timely and accurate purchasing
  • Supervise and monitor laborers’ work quality and progress
  • Manage tenant maintenance requests and schedule appropriate services
  • Ensure full compliance with LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling office administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with Bahrain labor regulations and procedures such as LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT
  • Ability to supervise manual labor teams effectively
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
