Key Responsibilities

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing a variety of essential administrative tasks. These include handling incoming calls efficiently, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and overseeing procurement duties. Additionally, the candidate will report directly to the Managing Director, supervise laborers’ activities, and manage tenant maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

A strong understanding of LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures is necessary for this role, as it involves compliance with local labor and administrative regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
