🔹 Position:
Administration & Sales Coordinator
We are looking for an Administration & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The role combines both administrative and sales responsibilities, where the candidate will support daily office operations while actively communicating with existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and operational documents.
• Communicate and follow up with existing customers professionally.
• Search for new clients and generate business opportunities.
• Support sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams regarding shipments and schedules.
• Maintain organized customer records and company documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office programs efficiently, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✅ Requirements:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic sales and client handling experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
💰 Salary:
200 BHD + Commission
