Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our team immediately and provide vital support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of Bahrain labor law. This position plays a key role in sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Assistant will support the complete recruitment cycle by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment communications. The role includes posting and updating job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment portals, reviewing applications to shortlist qualified candidates, and facilitating smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining detailed candidate databases and ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor law and internal company policies are also essential duties. Additionally, the assistant will communicate interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates to candidates and assist the HR team with onboarding paperwork for new hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition
- Solid knowledge of Bahrain labor law and standard recruitment procedures
- Experience with job posting on Indeed and other relevant online job boards
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tracking tools
- Immediate availability to start
Preferred Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with prior experience working in recruitment agencies or HR departments will be given special consideration.
