We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role involves managing daily operations and assisting with key executive tasks to ensure smooth administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the Managing Director’s calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, presentations, and professional correspondence. Handling sensitive documents with utmost confidentiality and discretion is critical. Additionally, you will organize travel plans including visas and logistics, serve as a primary liaison between the Managing Director and both internal teams and external partners, and support project tracking and operational documentation. Ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative assistance will also be part of your duties.
