Job Overview
A well-established delivery company located in Al Seef, Bahrain, is looking to hire a dedicated Operations and Office Assistant. This role is essential for supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination within the team, particularly focusing on driver management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in various operational and administrative tasks including:
- Managing day-to-day operational activities and supporting the onboarding process for new bike and car drivers.
- Reactivating inactive drivers to maintain workforce efficiency.
- Monitoring driver compliance and performance daily, including attendance and task completion, in line with Talabat requirements.
- Executing administrative and supervisory duties as assigned by the management to ensure operational goals are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations or office assistance, preferably in a delivery or transport-related setting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in English and Hindi, to effectively interact across teams.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Details
This position is open to male candidates only, with immediate joining required. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from BHD 250 to 300. Local transfers within Bahrain are preferred to ensure compliance with company policies.
